Hungarian Goulash

6 servings

2 lbs round steaks, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp VE Sea Salt
1/2 tsp VE Pepper
1 Tbsp VE Mild Smoked Spanish Paprika
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1 bay leaf
1 (12 ounce) can tomatoes
1 cup sour cream (light sour cream is fine)
1 package wide egg noodles

1. Put steak cubes, onion, garlic in crock pot.
2. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, Paprika and thyme together. Add to crock pot and stir to coat steak cubes.
3. Add tomatoes. Stir well.
4. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
5. 3o minutes before serving add sour cream.
6. Serve over cooked noodles.
