1 heaping Tbsp VE Tandoori
2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
2 Tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup plain yogurt (optional)
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
Combine above & slather on chicken pieces.
Let marinate several hours or overnight.
Roast the chicken 30 minutes, or until cooked. Or slowly grill chicken on BBQ.

Tandori Chicken
So simple but tastes great!
1 tsp of the Tandoori
1/2 cup of plain, fat-free yogurt
4 chicken breasts
1. Mix together VE Tandoori with yogurt. Pour into a plastic zip lok bag.
2. Add chicken to bag and zip bag closed. Squish bag to coat chicken with marinade. Place in Fridge and allow chicken to marinade at least 2 hours.
3. Place on BBQ and cook until juices run clear, during once during cooking time.
