Serves 4
1/4 cup liquid honey
2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp orange juice
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 - 2 Tbsp VE Oriental Stir-fry Seasoning
2 tsp VE Poultry Seasoning
1 1/2lbs chicken wings
1. Add first 7 ingredients to a medium sized and stir well.
2. Coat chicken wings with sauce and refrigerate at least 1 hour, or overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
4. Put chicken wings in a single layer on a parchment lined sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Remove for oven and turn over. Return to oven and cook for 15 more minutes.
6. Serve warm with your favorite dip or try prepared VE Curry Dip.

Savory Turkey Gravy
Yields: 24 servings
5 cups turkey stock
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup water
1 tsp VE Poultry seasoning
1 tsp VE Sea Salt
1/2 tsp VE Pepper
1/4 tsp celery salt
1. Put turkey stock in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
2. Whisk flour and water together, in a small bowl. Using a whisk slowly add to turkey stock.
3. Add remaining ingredients and ring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until desired thickness is achieved.

Slow Cooker Stuffing
Yields: 16 servings
1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
12 ounces sliced mushrooms
12 cups dry bread cubes
1 VE Poultry Seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 1/2 tsp VE Sea Salt
1/2 tsp VE Pepper
4 1/2 cups chicken broth, or as needed
2 eggs, beaten
1. Melt butter or margarine in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onion, celery, mushroom, and parsley. Cook until onions are translucent.
3. Put bread cubes in crock pot and add onion mixture. Add poultry seasoning, sage, thyme, marjoram, and salt and pepper. Stir to mix.
4. Pour broth into pot, adding just enough to moisten.
5. Mix in eggs. Cover and cook on High for 45 minutes, then reduce heat to Low, and cook for 8 hours.

Bruschetta Chicken Bake
1 - 19 oz. can stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing mix for chicken
2 tsp VE Minced Garlic
1 1/2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 tsp VE Poultry Seasoning (or VE Pasta Seasoning)
1 cup grated mozzarella
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. In medium bowl add tomatoes, stuffing mix and garlic. Stir until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside.
3. Place chicken pieces into a 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoning and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture.
4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

Balsamic Glazed Chicken Breasts
Serves 6
6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
VE Sea Salt & VE Pepper to taste
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup VE Dark Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp VE Poultry Seasoning
2 tsp honey
1. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil then sprinkle with Poultry Seasoning. Coarsely grind VE Sea Salt & VE Pepper on each side.
2. Cook chicken breasts on medium heat until browned on each side. Remove from heat and set chicken aside.
3. Pour VE Dark Balsamic Vinegar in small saucepan, bring to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes or until the vinegar has reduced by half (the vinegar will be slightly syrupy). Remove from heat and stir in honey.
4. Use a basting brush, brush the Balsamic Glaze over the chicken breasts.*
5. Bake chicken at 400°F for 10 minutes.
*Note: If you are preparing this in advance you may prepare the chicken up to this point, then cover and refrigerate until ready to cook.
