1 Cup of granulated sugar
2 - 3 Tbsp of chopped VE Crystallized Ginger
1/2 Cup of water
1. Mix ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Serve over ice cream.
